You can transfer calls from the DP720 to another PBX extension or external number during a call. The process is fairly simple. Please follow the instructions below...
NOTE - The DP720 does not support attended transfers. You can only perform blind transfers.
- During a call, press the "Options" soft key, and select the 'Transfer' Options on the DP720.
- This places the "in progress" call on hold. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to. If you are transferring the call to another extension, you can simply enter their extension number (such as '1002'). You can also transfer to an external number, by entering the number in full.
- Press the 'Transfer' soft key again. This will then directly transfer the call to the new recipient.
