GXP2140 - Transferring Calls using the GXP2200 Extension module

This article covers transferring calls using the extension module available for the GXP2140 and GXP2170. The process is the same for both devices. 

1. When a call comes in, the phone will look like this. If the call is from a device you are monitoring via the BLF keys, it will be red. Please see the picture below...
   
   
   
2. You then follow the same process to transfer the call as you would normally. However, if you want to transfer the call to another extension on the PBX, which you are monitoring via BLF, or just have a speed dial for, you can press the associated BLF key for that extension when the phone prompts you for the number to which you want to transfer the call.
   
   The phone will then transfer the call using the method highlighted on the main screen
