What is an LOA and Why do you need it?

An LOA or Letter of Authority states that you are happy for us to act on your behalf when it comes to your utilities supply. We require this when we make any enquiries regarding your supply. 

The only exception to this are quotes, which we can obtain, in most cases, without contacting the losing supplier.

This is a requirement of the suppliers, not one of our own and is done mainly for privacy and security purposes.

If you decide to progress with our quote then we will always require an LOA to be completed by the person responsible for the contract. We will be unable to move your supplier or do anything further than a quote without a completed LOA.
