What equipment do I need to use a cloud-based PBX?

Primarily, you need an internet connection and any equipment that comes with that. You then need a device to connect to ourselves in order to make and receive calls. This can be....

  • A softphone (a piece of software that works on a computer/phone, that acts as a software phone, hence why they are called softphones)
  • A physical VoIP phone that supports SIP.
  • A mobile smartphone running Android or iOS, for access to our PBX app.
