How reliable is VoIP and cloud-based systems?

Our cloud-based system is hosted across numerous sites, so if there are any issues on one site, the other takes over, meaning that your service is never interrupted.


We have managed to maintain a 99.9997% uptime over the past 12 months, so we feel confident when we say that our service is reliable.


As our service is platform agnostic (you can use any internet connection to access it), if your main internet connection should have issues, then your devices can connect to us via any other internet connection that you may have, such as a backup line, or an emergency 3/4/5G dongle. Once the phones/devices have an internet connection, they should re-connect to us and your phone system will be working again.
